Browsing Structure in Product Structure Editor app

Why

To ease and increase collaboration across disciplines and organizations through grouping the structure using predefines nodes

How

You can now assign Engineering Items to predefined nodes (*) and display them in groups that reflect  these assignments
This facilitates the navigation of your Engineering Definition,
A new command “Manage Browsing Structure Definition” is available now, to enable you to:

  • Group Engineering Items by a Browsing Structure
  • Add the selected Item(s) to a Browsing Node
  • Review existing assignment, and modify it (adding / remove nodes)

Note: Browsing Structures and Browsing Nodes are created with “ENOVIA- Browsing Structure Definition” App (Role: CCM - Classification Manager). The Browsing Structure must be released to be able to use its nodes in the association with Engineering Item.
 

ENOVIA Collaboration Package - Support 3DExperience Drawing

Why

Include drawings  in the Technical Document Package (TDP) to improve the definition of the included design content

How

You can now include drawing managed on the platform in a TDP
Publication content reports will include the drawing information
Support derived output files for drawings is included in the Publication zip file
 

ENOVIA Collaboration Package - Support Requirements Specification

Why

Include Requirements  in the Technical Document Package (TDP) to improve the definition of the included design content

How

You can now include Requirements as content in the TDP
Support the ability to attach requirements specifications in Publications
Support requirement specifications in Publication content report
Support attached files for requirement specifications in Publication zip file

 

Group by Column (Product Structure Editor app )

Why

Improve productivity while working with product tree view by grouping rows based on their values

How

A new command “Group by the column” is now available from the header of each column.

This command will group the product structure according to the selected value in this column.
