For DraftSight activation to work correctly its required to keep 'FlexNet licensing service' running otherwise users may face errors like: Failed to obtain computer Identifier.., Activation Wizard initialization issue code 72, License services not running etc..
Follow below steps to start this service before performing license activation:
1. Go to ‘Control Panel’ > ‘Administrative Tools’ > ‘Services’.
2. Scroll down until you find "FlexNet licensing service 64"
3. Double click on it and change the dropdown to "Automatic"
