This toolpath has to be created with Pocketing + open contour + HSM definition. 

IF you start with the default operation you have to modify and set  a “lot of “parameters and always the same. With NPX  (NC Knowledge Manager role) you can create a command with your default and above all, hide unnecessary parameters (see picture).

With the sample, you have only to select the tool (query preset) / select the geometry (bottom face / switch 2 soft boundaries to hard) /  check offset on boundaries (- 0.5 tool dia in the video to have this toolpath but can be tuned ) /  define or validate the machining and progressive directions.

Machine operation UI is simplified (no finishing, no multilevel, only 2 macros ….) to display only parameters used for this expected toolpath

At the end of the video I define a “repetition” to duplicate the toolpath on the second stock

Machining Cell Know-how and the command creation have to be defined with NPX role

The created command can be used without NPX
