In the 3DEXPERIENCE, you have 2 possibilities to work with CATIA V5 CAD:

1/  you can import the CAD in the platform (it is not the target of this wiki)

In this case the CAD is “duplicated” and you program on the 3DEXPERIENCE CAD

2/  you can connect CATIA V5  to the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform via a connector  (collaborative design for CATIA V5 role in the ENOVIA  portfolio)

In this case you use the CATIA V5 CAD in the 3DEXPERIENCE the data is unique , there is NO duplication
