Introduction

This page is about branch rule for Olet but it is applicable for any other piping part that must be place at a piping branch connection on the surface of the Header Run Pipe. So it is also applicable for Saddle ....

Branching Rule Table

1. Define the caracteristics for Header and Branch Pipe than can be connected (Size, Material)
2. Define Type of piping part that can be used to realize the connection (Olet, Nipolet, Nipo Flange, Saddle ...)
3. Define the Branch case : for Part that are welded on the header pipe surface, set to "OnSurfaceCompo"
4. Define the Branch point position (from center line)
5. Define Branch Port other attributes that correspond to the hole on the header pipe : Hole EndStyle, Hole outside Diameter
