Introduction:

pcf (Piping Component File) format was initialy serving as an input to ISOGEN for creating pipeline, spool, and system isometric drawings. It is a text format file that describe the full piping line (componentstypes, attributes, coordinates, ...)

It is possible to export .PCF file format from 3DExperience to be reimported into non Dassault Systemes Simulation Software and drafting softwares

For Drawing purpose we recommand to use the Dassault Systèmes integrated App included into FAP "Multidiscipline automated Drafter" Role

to be able to generate .PCF file, it is needed to setup mapping table between 3DEXP object types & attributes and the one expected into the PCF format
