Introduction
Following page provide a starter environement for Multidiscipline Drafting App usage especially for the generation of Piping Isometric and orthogonal Drawings in batch.
Install procedure
Objective :
Import as new 3DXML to be able to adjust and customize it later
Procedure:
Before importing the Multidiscipline drafting starter kit, you must respect the followign steps
connect as Leader to the collab space that will contain the Drafting setup
import the following 3DXML
connect as Owner and plug the imported "Attribut initialisation Resource Set" to the collaborative space thanks to Datasetup App
Restart 3DEXP
Note if you don't do this step, all the catalog and catalog chapter and catalog Item will be renamed with suffix and you will have to rename all manually. the application is naming sensitive either because
it use a XLS file for resource that contains the name of the resource and not a link to an object
or app is doing a mapping "=" between catalog Item object name and object attribute values
Now you can import the starter kit for Multidiscipline Drafting
- connect as Leader : import a new the bellow 3DXML
- connect as Owner : attach it to your collaborative space thanks to Datasetup App
License & installation
Ensure that
- you have ordered the "Multidiscipline automated Drafter" role
- you have well attach to the user the FAD licence
you have relaunch/upgrade the Multidiscipline Drafting App
