Designers assess and introspect the Weight metrics (weight, center of gravity, and inertia matrix) with real time access for any product configuration, respecting assigned goals if any has been defined by a Weight & Balance Manager.
External calculations of the weight metrics which have been conventionally performed on paper and Excel, are now fully automated and integrated into the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform.
