Tutorial presenting the setup required to be able to use Civil Structure Design (preliminary design) and Civil Structure Engineering (detailed design) applications together or separately.

Several files will have to be imported from the optional content (check video first, for explanations).

Before you need to download the optional content

Object Types are located in (starting in 23x FD03) : C:\\Program Files\\Dassault Systemes\\B427_Cloud_Content\\win_b64\\startup\\Civil\\Structures and name has changed (CrossSection_ObjectTypes_DSA.3dxml for AISC, CrossSection_ObjectTypes_DSC.3dxml for CISC, CrossSection_ObjectTypes_DSE.3dxml for Europe, CSE_Plate_OT.3dxml for plates).

Since 24xFD01, data setup for PLM type is required only for CATIA V5 data migration. Depending of the application you use, CATIA will use the right data model (AEC if using CIvil Structure Engineering app).
