UPDATE 2022x FD03 : the DrawingTemplate file has been enriched. In addition to View Update Rules, you need also to copy the Rebar Annotations Templates in the picture below inside the Annotation Templates Chapter (not shown in the video, but similar step by step as for View Update Rules).
