Features Embedded in the Part
Two-Way: Select between a single escalator, two side by side escalators or scissor escalators. The drafting symbol updates accordingly to indicate the bottom of each escalator.
- Show Drafting Symbol: Hide/Show the 2D symbol.
- Gross Story Height: Control the floor to floor height
Inclination: Select the inclination of the escalator from a list of standard values.
- Top/Bottom Landing Length: Control the length of the landings after the end of the handrails
- Top/Bottom Slab Openings: Control the size of the slab openings for the escalator clearance
- Slab Thickness: Control the thickness of the base slab
Step Width: Select the width of the escalator steps from a list of standard values.
- Divide Stairs By: Select the method by which the staircase will be divided into steps. The resultant rise and run of the steps is shown as parameters.
- Spacing: The number of steps is calculated based on the step spacing specified. The spacing is a diagonal measurement along the line of the staircase.
- Segments: The spacing of the steps is calculated based on the number of segments specified, a segment corresponds to a rise/run pair
- Top/Bottom Horizontal Steps: Control the horizontal run off distance of the escalator steps.
Transition Radius: Select between standard radiuses for the transition of the handrail from incline to flat at the top and bottom respectively.
