The packaging of applications has changed, but this tutorial is still relevant. Use Civil Structure Design App instead of Building Structure App and you will retrieve all the commands inside the Steel tab.
BDS (Building Structure) is an app for conceptual steel structure that can be used in buildings, plants, bridges... It can be used with SDD (Structure Design app) for detailing, using the Change LOD command, that will move the data from one app to the other (not shown here).
In the video, you can see a basic workflow showing :
* Grid creation
* Grid labels
* Instantiation of steel members (columns, beams, trusses...)
* Quantities and take off and 2D views generation
* Ifc export
