We are providing this Technical Note to inform you about the release of BIOVIA Workbook 2022 which includes the following enhancements and fixed defects:
Enhancements
This release of BIOVIA Workbook includes the following enhancements.

NBK-32463 | Files associated with file sections can now be downloaded even if there isn't a program available that can read/visualize the file. |
NBK-19469 | Quick File panel now allows users to expand favorite sub-folders to find files. |
NBK-30069 | Preparations are now included in the Actual and Planned amounts Quick text drop-down menus. |
NBK-30483 | The file section now displays the file size of each file associated with a file section. |
NBK-31557 | Ctrl-F is no longer enabled in Text sections, so unexpected results are now longer experienced. |
NBK-31945 | Experiment Check-in failures are no longer experienced related to Oracle issues. |
NBK-32357 | Workbook Materials can now be imported into the Task Plan Materials tab. Material sub-lots will not be exported, but child rows in Formulation sections and Preparation sections will be. |
NBK-32358 | Task Plan Materials can now be imported into a Workbook Materials section. |
NBK-32400 | Best Fit is now the default configuration in Workbook table sections (including the Preparation section). |
NBK-32541 | If the same file is added twice to the same file section, a message is now displayed to the user. |
NBK-32813 | A warning message is now displayed in a table section if using a copy/paste will delete existing data. |
NBK-32898 | The time and date a file was added to a file section now displays in the file section next to the file. |
NBK-33145 | The strike-thru text button is available on the text section rather than only available as part of a menu. |
NBK-33270 | Contents of Workbook grids can now be exported to an external CSV file. |
NBK-33386 | BIOVIA Portable Draw 2021 SP1 is now the embedded version of Draw in BIOVIA Workbook. |
NBK-33505 | Workbook 2022 is now compatible with Notebook Browser. |
NBK-33540 | The Task Plan section can now be configured to work in Browser only mode. |
NBK-33580 | The Collaborative Space guid has been removed from the create Task Plan dialog. |
NBK-33581 | The Task Plan section can be configured so that a Task Plan does not automatically get created when the user focuses on the Task Plan section. |
NBK-33655 | The "Switch Collab Space" button is now relabeled "Switch to associated Collaborative Space" for clarity. |
NBK-33812 | Experiments containing a Morphit section no longer cause errors with the Usage Report Tool. |
