Prerequisites:-

• Get a new certificate from your CA.
• We expect the certificate in pfx/pkcs12 format. If pfx/pkcs12 format cannot be created, please provide a certificate with private key and the pfx file can be generated.

Steps :- 

(a) STOP BIOVIA CISPro services and World Wide Web Publishing service and complete the certificate request in IIS with new CISPro server certificate.

(b) Change the binding to use the new certificate under 443 port.

(c) Put the certificate into Trusted Root CA and Trusted People store.

(d) Restart the World Wide web and CISPro services.

(e) Log into CISPro and confirm the new certificate dates and no certificate error while loading the web page.
