Description
We are providing this Technical Note to inform you about the release of BIOVIA CISPro 2022 Hot Fix 1, which includes the following enhancements and fixed defects:
Enhancements
This release of BIOVIA CISPro includes the following enhancements.

CIS-66991 | Clicking on the CISPro logo in the header will now redirect the user to the home screen. |
CIS-68492 | When utilizing the PCID Sync functionality, GHS Signal Word and GHS Pictograms are now synchronized against materials with a valid CAS number if that CAS matches a record in the PCID data set. |
CIS-68877 | Removed the ability to add materials as components of other materials. This change only affects new customers. Existing customers are unaffected and can continue using materials as components of other materials. |
CIS-73230 | Changed the button text label from "Dispense" to "Add" in the Add Material section of the Mobile KIOSK Dispense page. |
CIS-73559 | Updated the user experience of scan log messages for the Mobile KIOSK pages so that users can navigate to referenced entities (locations, owners, etc.), success information displays as green, error information displays as red, and warning information displays as orange. |
CIS-73599 | The "Move" and "Transfer" buttons on the freezer inventory page now display the number of selected cells. |
CIS-74075 | Added a property on all materials called "Preparation Activity" that can be used to associate an approved Hub Activity of category "Preparation" to a Material in CISPro. |
CIS-74664 | Enhanced the history grid of the Role type to display delta values for changes to NodeType permissions. Delta values will be backfilled upon upgrading. Backfilled delta values will include changes made by the end user as well as the system. After upgrade, delta values will only include changes made by the end user. |
CIS-74114 | If utilizing the Approvals functionality, Chemicals, Supplies, Sizes, and Material Synonyms can now be imported from Excel as pending changes that require review. |
CIS-74474 | Printing the contents of the history grid now includes the entity name and the changed date's time zone. |
CIS-73201 | Users can now select Reports in the "Favorite Views" list on their Profile tab. Selected Reports will appear in the Favorites section of the View Selector. |

This release of BIOVIA CISPro includes the following fixed defects.

CIS-74510 | Updated the ConvertQuantity API endpoint so that if a Container ID is not provided in the request, the system will round the converted value using a default precision of 6. |
CIS-74613 | Fixed an issue that prevented pages such as Mobile KIOSK, Create Material, and Dispensing from loading on the iPad. |
CIS-74675 | Updated the system requirements documentation to indicate that ODAC is required when integrating with Crystal Reports. |
CIS-74693 | Fixed an issue where the "Select All" button in the Freezer Request Fulfillment wizard did not select any cells. |
CIS-74763 | Fixed a bug that prevented exporting report driven grid properties to CSV that used the "{clientutcoffset}" parameter. |
CIS-74783 | CISPro no longer attempts to process additions/modifications/deletions of Foundation Hub vocabulary entries that are not in the Location Type vocabulary. |
CIS-74869 | Updated 3rd party libraries to address software vulnerabilities. |
CIS-68637 | Increased the minimum size of the location picker in receiving workflow to improve the user experience when location paths are long. |
CIS-73274 | For new installations, the name template for Requests will no longer include the submitted date. |
CIS-73290 | Report-driven grid properties displayed as links now correctly display a count in the link to the grid if there are records in the grid. |
CIS-73299 | If configured, electronic signatures will now be properly prompted for when fulfilling a Dispose Container Request via the fulfill button on the request. |
CIS-73551 | Fixed an issue where users could submit new Materials with invalid Size information, resulting in a Change Request that could never be approved. |
CIS-73833 | Removed duplicate options from the Receiving Registration No. property pick-list on Receipt Lot. |
CIS-73964 | When creating materials with the Create Material page, if a default value is set for the Type property of Synonyms, the form will automatically select this value. |
CIS-74572 | Relationship links to Materials on Containers and Receipt Lots now display in the UI if the Material has a double quote in the tradename. |
CIS-74590 | Improved performance when saving a container that did not change location. |
CIS-74630 | Fixed an issue where edits made to locations via the Manage Locations action would generate an error. |
CIS-74640 | Creating a Material for a Request by MDL properly updates the Request Items fulfill menu options. |
CIS-74652 | Removed calls to deprecated database tables that would cause errors and prevent the approval of Receipt Lots when registered with ULM. |
CIS-74705 | All XML characters are now escaped when exporting report results to Excel to fix an error that was occurring when result values contained characters such as "<". |
CIS-74714 | Quantity fields no longer utilize browser auto-fill functionality. Quantity values must be manually entered. |
CIS-74771 | Moved the CHANGEDATE column on the history grid back to the second column position. |
CIS-74289 | Updated reports for new installations to ensure they reference the correct date information. |
CIS-74521 | Root-level locations for Container Groups now show up as blank in Mobile Kiosk. |
CIS-74667 | Fixed an issue that prevented users from being able to select a Location in a Container's Location Picker when they did not have Inventory Group edit permissions but the inventory group is marked to not require edit permission to move containers into it. |
