This release of BIOVIA CISPro includes the following fixed defect.

CIS-73485 | The BIOVIA CISPro Print Client has been updated to encode information with UTF-8 in order to support printing Unicode characters with ZPL labels. This fix does not include supporting Unicode characters for EPL labels. |
Resolution
BIOVIA CISPro 2020 Service Pack 1 Hot Fix 5 was released in March 2021 and is available for download by contacting BIOVIA Support.
