Understand the change action scope of changes by viewing all proposed changes in a table view providing users ability to filter, sort and add columns to the table view. Increase user productivity by allowing users to duplicate change actions to leverage repeatable information and eliminate definition errors.

You can view the information in a tabular format using the Switch View > DataGrid View option in the Proposed Changes tab.

You can select any item from the Proposed Grid View perform additional commands such as Open With

You can now duplicate a change action using the Duplicate command from the My Change Actions view or the Change Action ID card.

Duplicate Change Action will automatically generate a new change action and will only carry-over the basic attributes, assignees, approvers and informed users
