Functional Value

- Ensure a consistent Formula definition by specifying items characteristics (in the same way as with ENOVIA XSR - Specification Management)

- Ensure end-to-end traceability of key engineering requirements (such as Target Product Profile or Quality Target Product Profile) by propagating them through Formula & Process items

- Improved audit log information for all formula, recipe and equipment data by exposing all necessary modifications information for all items in a user friendly user interface (improving the GXP compliance)

User Experience Value

Improved graphical visualization and review of recipe data with new U.I. features in the Process Flow Diagram view:

- Customizable color coding of operations tiles to easily identify operations based on some common criteria (type, overloaded...)

- Predefine display ratio to provide a consistent view for report generation (ensuring all necessary information will fit in the generated picture)

A new tab within the properties panel of Manufacturing Items, allows to manage Performance Specifications and Characteristics
For each Raw Material or Intermediate Product of the formula, the user can define sets of related key attributes as Characteristics

 

For each characteristic the user can specify if it is measurable or descriptive, the dimension and unit of measure, ranges, associated test method and precision

 

The user can now access in all web applications to a new History facet in the Properties panel

 

 

This new History tab displays all modifications related to selected object. A CSV file report can be generated.

 

Administration tools allows to customize the look & feel of the Process Flow Diagram in various aspects by choosing the attributes to be displayed and apply color coding based on attribute value criteria for example.
