Create lot records to enable the tracking of physical material instances. Edit substances and lot to update and correct errors. Initial implementation of access control and lifecycle to support the existing unrestricted access configuration. Provision of an initial public RESTful API.. New UX elements to support lot creation and substance/ lot edit.
