Is there a way of exporting results data from SW Simulation/Flow Simulation so that it can be used in other plotting packages?

For example, if I want to plot a Temperature vs. time plot for a transient analysis at a specific point in the domain, is there a way

to get this data out of SW without having to go through Excel? I don't have Excel installed on this computer and I prefer to use

other plotting packages, usually open source things such as gnuplot that interface easily with Latex.
