We're coming from Workgroup PDM 2014, and with the upgrade to 2016, no one is able to measure in the eDrawings web view. This is despite the measure and markup enabled flags showing in the bottom corner. If we use eDrawings (free version) to open the file that is loaded by the web viewer into the temporary directory, all functionality is present (measure is our main concern).

Has anyone experienced this with the new version?

We've tried several computers, and computers with eDrawings Pro, and all have this issue. Reinstalling the PDM viewer module and IIS hasn't solved anything either.
