I feel like I'm flooding the forum at the moment so apologies for this.

Over the last few days our IT department have been trying to set up WPDM with the vault on our server. We have been able to get the vault working fine locally but when we try to create a vault on our server we are unable to start the service. Our IT department has taken a good look into this and as yet haven't been able to solve the issue (I will try to get a more detailed explanation of what they have attempted tomorrow).

Sadly our support subscription expired a few months back and I'm not sure where to turn.

- If anyone knows of a VAR who can offer 'one time support' I'd be extremely grateful.

- If anyone on here feels like they can help I am more than happy to pay for a successful install.

On a side note, if I run with the vault locally (I will be the only person using this software for the moment) - is it an easy transition when we get a vault created on the server?
