Well this is my first attempt at working with the Workgroup PDM solution from SolidWorks (2015 service pack 3 - Windows 8) and I am rather frustrated at this point.  I can log in as the pdmadmin, and even changed my password so something new.  Tried to set up a project and all of the guidance says that you do this through SolidWorks Explorer.  OK - that's fine, I can log in there with my credentials, but where in Explorer does it even mention "start a new project"? 

I'm confused and frustrated.  I'm certain that it is newby error at this point, but a little guidance from someone would be most welcome.
