Backstory:

We have an approval tab on our data cards.

A file with the above datacard should move automaticaly to the released state when a file has sign-offs for any department that has a check.  These variables write to all configurations.

This is the workflow conditions for each configurations.

For some reason the file will not move thru the transition, saying conditions have not been met.  When we look at the custom properties, all the conditions have been met.

The first versions of these files did need more approvals, but in later versions we removed the check box as it was decided we did not need that department's approval.

Some configurations were deleted in earlier versions.  But I wouldn't think that would make a difference.

Anyone have any ideas?
