Will I ever be able to download and install the free hobbyist version of DraftSight?.

I have cleaned out, deleted everything I know how to and I still can't install DS 17 SP1.

Does anyone know of a reason how or why this could be happening?. Is my system corrupted,

I have run several deep malware, virus scans and it comes up clean, no malwares or viruses.

What's a guy to do?
