Admins: what are your favorite ways to customize Solidworks for a group of users? Here are a couple of mine:

1. Add reference axes to the feature tree in part and assembly model templates. We use these for pattern directions, rotation on the main axis, and much more.

2. Change the color used for dangling dimensions from olive to red. The olive is hard to notice or find. Red works better.

Other discussions here on the forum are asking users for their best and worst examples on other Solidworks topics, and the answers have been useful. We expect to update to SW2016 in October, so it should be interesting to here what other people do with their templates and settings.
