What are the CPoint1 and RPoint1 features?  RPoint looks like it should be a point but I can't select it for a mate.  These are from a parts library of an ASME flange.  CPoint1 seems to be the center of the hole on the weld neck end of the flange.  RPoint is the center of the hole on the raised face plane of the flange.
