What are the main qualities of a SOLIDWORKS Power-User?

Working with many companies, I found out that the success of implementing SOLIDWORKS is significantly influenced by one factor: the presence of one or more passionate power-users, who take a leadership role in championing the use of best practices, and continually look for ways to improve existing workflows, or create new ones.

At this point, I entertain the idea to recommend hiring or identifying such potential power-users internally to all my customers.

What do you think are the main qualities of such a human being? What requirements would you list in an ad for a job?
