Our QA personnel don't have SolidWorks, only eDrawings installed. We want to give them the ability to open previous versions of the DRW files so they can see previous rev levels. Is it possible to do the above "History > Get" command with eDrawings and if so, what permissions would a person need to get the older versions of a file?

I saw this thread, but it doesn't answer my question exactly.
