I just got a job after 2 months out from downsizing.

The work station I'm on now is:

Dell Optiplex 745
Dual 2.4 GHz Intel Core2
Dual 256 MB ATI Radeon X1300 Pro
XP sp2

When working in SolidWorks 2009 sp3.0 it crashes to blue screen andshuts down Windows.

We are looking to upgrade the Vidio Card since the current one isnot SW approved.

This company just started using SW recently and we are trying tofind a suitable vidio card for the processors.

Also does SW use Dual Core 2s' and or Dual Cards ?
We are using 1 monitor so do we have to replace the 2 cards or canwe mix them.

We are also looking for a recomendation for a inexpesive card. FX570?
