I have been facing the problem i describe.

I want to insert a routing assemby (eg a butterfly valve with the corresponding flanges) to a pipe spool.

How can i have the functionality of Vertical axis to the valve assembly while inserting it?I want to be able to rotate it accordingly because it gets into the spool in an angle.

Change fitting aligment is not working as i would like of course. Neither shift and arrows because the angle is not a round number (could be 11,35 degrees) and can be different each time.

I have been thinking of alignining the valve with an axis or plane but i havent got any time to test if it works and of course is not a routing solution but a mating one.

Any suggestions anyone?
