When I was on WinXP I had the capability to take ownership of a document via VBA code.  Last week we migrated to Windows 7 and now when I run the exact same code I get the error "Document ownership was denied. (103)".  When I open SolidWorks this drawing is not owned by anyone - no little blue check is present.

Any thoughts on how to proceed?
