Hey guys;

I'm totally confused with this part.  I'm using the Elipse Feature for the first time and have no clue how to use it correctly.  Smart Dimension is totally useless with this paticualar feature.  Based on what I was able to gather from reading other post about this feature, I tried sketching out the part.  I don't tnink I did it right.  I've included what I have been ablt to do so far; I've also included the image with the correct dimensions.  Any help will be appreciated.  Please feel free to edit he part as needed.
