Using Solidworks Shrinkage

I'm at the point in the mold design to apply my shrinkage to the cavities.   Unfortunately, my part being a valve I have many undercuts which require cores.  Anyways, my problem is I'm going to have both axial and radial shrinkage.  Solidworks does offer the "Cavity" feature where you can use their scale parameters.  I'm getting lost on the selection for scaling about a certain point.  Because I have multiple cores and threads this will be shrinking in all different directions.  How would I be able to select shrinkage is different directions throughout my mold?  I'm pretty sure I'm going to "tune in" the shrinkage on my threads when I go to cut my electrode for the EDM process.  But if I could at least figure out how to apply the shrinkage around my cores, that would be a big help.

Thanks
