On Tuesday May 4^th 2010 all SolidWorks 2010 service packs  were temporarily removed from the customer portal. Later today,  May 5^th 2010, SolidWorks 2010 Service Pack 3 will be put back  in place for customer access.  The problem was internal in nature and not due to a software defect.  Anyone who has already obtained  SolidWorks 2010 SP3, or earlier 2010 Service Packs, can continue using  them without any cause for concern.

We'll be post an update when Service Pack 3 is in place.

Update: SolidWorks 2010 Service Pack 3 is again available on the Customer Portal.  We appreciate your patience.
