Hi everyone I got a project In university which I need to design and programing a new industrial product.

My partner and i were thinking of making a telescopic glass(sleeve) which draped on a driller or an electric screwdriver and it purpose is to stable it while working

vertically or angularly. In addition, prevent dirt and dust to be scattered around.

I have a few questions about it:

First which materials should I use that will handle the pressure and the heat outcome of the work? And won't be expensive for producting from the financial issue.

(We thought about a silicon rubber which hold the driller in the edges of the glass, and stiff plastic for the body of the glass)

Second do you think this product is useful and needed in the self home repairing work market?
