Unable to create new macro button

SF 2009-08-31

Anyone else have this problem? Since SP4.1 I cannot create a new macro button on any toolbar. I've tried to uncheck "Use Large Buttons with Text" and a few other things but nothing so far has worked..Solidworks User Interface
