UG NX vs. SolidWorks

I'm with a company that uses UG NX 5.0, which will take me awhile to get proficient at. I'm trying to make as strong of a case as possible to convince them to get a seat of SolidWorks. Is there anyone who knows both well enough to give as many specific examples as possible as to how SolidWorks is more efficient/effective than NX? I know NX is high-end, but it sure takes a lot less mouse clicks to do some of the same things in SW.

Thanks.
