Hi all,
I was wondering if someone might be able to help me out with a little problem here. I've been trying to create a Neon Sign-kinda thing and so I wanted to start off with a basic "Welcome" sign. In doing this, I created 3D sketches for each letter and then a 3D sketch for each joining piece, between letters. I made sure that all the joining pieces are tangent to the letter sketches and the letter sketches are all tangent due to the fact that they are made from a single, continuous spline. When I went to sweep the path, it intersected itself, so I decreased the diameter and also made enough room where the splines curve in order to stop the diameter from intersecting itself. Then, I tried to sweep it again and it shows a preview but the graphics are all "out-of-whack" and show some parts stretched, some pinched, etc. Someone please just help me with this. Attached is the part file and there are some pictures below. I am using SolidWorks 2012 x64 Edition.
Thank you in advance.
