Hi,
I'm in the process of setting up Toolbox on a shared network folderfor my team of three designers.
We would also like to create our own library of standard parts thatare not included in Toolbox, such as hose fittings and so forth. These parts should obviously be available to all users.
As I understand it there are two ways to do this. Either we can adda new folder/sub-folder to Toolbox and just drag and drop any partswe want to include in the library there or we can place acentralised Design Library folder on our server and store alllibrary parts there.
Is there any difference between either of these two methods?
I don't know if this makes a difference but we are not onSolidWorks PDM at the moment, though I hope to implement PDMEnterprise in the near future.
Thank you!
