I am having trouble getting the toolbox to work. I just recently uploaded the 2014 Premium package earlier this week, went to use the tool box for the first time and it will not work. I completely uninstalled my old version prior to uploading the new version and I completed the 5 step Toolboxsetup. Now when I go to access the tool box it says: Failed to initialize Toolbox Library and then Error on the database file. Any suggestion on how to correct these errors or what needs to be located in the data file. Thanks
