I'm running SW 2013 SP4.0 and have a problem with thumbnails.  I recently installed WPDM but haven't used it much.  I'm not sure when this problem started, probably shortly after installing WPDM.  My thumbnails are no longer an image of the part, just the SW logo as you can see below.  The parts that haven't been opened and saved still display fine but once I save them the preview is gone.  I uninstalled WPDM and reinstalled eDrawings but no changes occurred.  Can anyone help with this one?
