Hi

I have a small part with a curved cut that should have a thickness of around 1.4mm, as below:

When I run thickness analysis, I get areas of 0.4mm, and even 0.2mm:

Does anyone know why that might be the case? I'm hoping to have this part die-casted, so I think 0.4mm wouldn't be doable.
