I have run a thermal study on a circular plate. Now I have all the temperature on the top surface. I would like to make a 3-d Graph with x and y-axis being the x and y coordinate while z axis  being the temp. Is it possible to do so?

One more question, is there a way to export the node coordinate x,y,z and its temperature to an excel sheet or a text file ?\
