I am a student at Yale School of engineering and installed Solidworks SP3 from the file shared by the school

I tried to update it to SP5 as suggested and now both versions appear on my installed apps  

My computer is in French 

I cannot open the app, I get the error "there is a conflict between the Solidworks version and resources in French" when I try

can anyone assist?
