There is an API for tagging FeatureManager items (2016 SOLIDWORKS Help - Tags​)?

I have an assembly with ~5k components and I want to use search toolbox to find components by ID.

My problem is Name2 component property requires that the component is selected.

And Select4​ component method is horribly slow in a loop of ~5k items...

Note: the search toolbox does not match ComponentReference​ property value...
