I am attempting to model a cast ball hitch for our purchased parts folder. Trying to blend the core cutout into the ball cutout is challanging me. The last 2 features in my model are cuts that I am not sure how to make. They need to Blend smoothly into the ball cut but I am having a hard time selecting the correct option. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

We just upgraded to SW 2013 Monday. Below is what it should look like.
