I've tried to remove SW2020 and install SW2021sp2 however following error makes me crazy because it complaining can't upgrade VBA anyhow

I've tried different ways to upgrade or remove manually the older version, but no success
also, I upgrade my office from 2007 to 2012  but no luck

any help really appreciated
