hello everyone

iam using solidworks 2010 sp0 for my cad course in university

iam having a problem with planes which is i cant create a plane

i have my drawing extruded and now i want to draw on another plane ,

i click on reference geometry then plane and nothing happens ,, the side properties doesnt appear and nothing happens , but when i click on plane , a star (*) appears beside the name in the title bar ,, i tried it from the taskbar and from "insert" and i get the same problem.

also i get the dll problem when i start the programm
