I just recently upgraded to SW2013 SP4. I am trying to do some bulk editing to my toolbox and everytime I click export from the Toolbox Settings application, it never saves the xls file. Same with importing. I have old xls files from 2011 that I would like to import but the application never executes the import. I've tried importing/exporting on 2 machines now and it doesn't import or export. Am I missing something?

As a note, I have EPDM 2013 installed on all machines I tried this on and the toolboxes are outside of the vault.
